UOne of the many truths about wine is that it is a living being, one that has kept on fire the love that man has for thousands of years. In addition to the particular characteristics of the grape with which it is made, it is a being with particular physicochemical characteristics that are influenced by the conditions of each vintage, from the contrast of heat and cold, the amount of rain and even by the hands that are responsible for the harvest and selection of grapes, factors that together with the time of aging mold what we could call the personality of the wine.
